The Weekly Charge⚡Is Recharging
We're hitting the snooze button to catch up on the zzzz's 😴

Sometimes You Gotta Prioritize Rest
While I don’t recommend literally hitting the snooze button in the morning (cause science!), we do have to listen to our bodies and prioritize rest and recovery when we are overwhelmed.
If you’ve been following me, you’ll know that in the past week, I’ve been heavily invested in building and marketing a Non Profit, The UCAN Foundation, to help create positive change in the reality TV Entertainment Industry.
Please read more about this below and help if you can!
As a cast member on Season 2 of Love Is Blind, I am very passionate about this work.
It’s also not paid, very time consuming and mentally draining.
I Don’t Have The Bandwidth to Provide the Quality Content You Deserve Right Now
And I’m not going to resort to AI. Sorry not sorry CHATGPT!
The Weekly Charge ⚡ is also a passion project for me, but if you’ve read my “Mastering Motivation” e-course, you know it’s important to pick priorities.
Which is what I’m doing right now.
I will be back soon picking up write (ha!) where I left off, but in the meantime, please enjoy the free month of premium you were gifted last week 😊
Thank you so much for being a subscriber.

Let’s Talk About UCAN
UCAN stands for Unscripted Cast Advocacy Network.
It’s a non profit I created along with Nick Thompson (Season 2 of Love is Blind) and Isabelle Morley (PhD, Relationship Psychologist) to help advocate and provide support for Reality TV Cast members.
Why is this important? I won’t rehash the details here, but the conditions for filming Reality TV are deplorable, abusive, exploitative and almost certainly illegal.
Cast members, including myself, who go through these productions are left broken psychologically, often permanently, and are provided no support by production companies.
And it’s not like we’re paid for the billions of dollars in revenue we generate. We might get a couple thousand for 2 months of filming. If we’re lucky.
I’ll link to a few articles below that talk about this.
We Need Your Help
I want you to enjoy Reality TV. I don’t want you to feel guilty about watching it.
But none of the money you pay Netflix to watch these shows goes to the cast.
In fact, it’s not a stretch to say that this money goes directly towards furthering a culture of exploitation and abuse.
Every dollar donated to the UCAN Foundation goes directly to supporting the cast.
It’s time to support the cast instead of the companies exploiting them.
If you’ve ever watched Reality TV, please consider donating below. Every dollar helps!
